Roles & Responsibilities

Amatoury 114, a leading Lebanese manufacturer of personal care and household products (114 and Ibiza brands), is looking for a motivated Quality Control / ISO System Assistant to support our QC & ISO Manager at our Sin el-Fil (Horsh Tabet) facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging materials
• Monitor and help address non-conformities during filling and packing operations
• Perform random checks on the production line to verify final product quality
• Support the identification of quality issues and follow-up on corrective actions
• Assist with calibration of laboratory instruments according to the defined schedule
• Help ensure correct application of quality policies and standards on the floor
• Support the implementation of quality control tools and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that reduce defects and enhance product quality
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
• Assist the QC/ISO Manager in coordinating with department heads on ISO 9001 QMS requirements and compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on the production floor
• Good communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments
• Proficiency in English and/or French is an asset
