Your tasks:

In this role, you will be responsible for ordering and managing chemicals and consumables for the QC laboratories and ensuring the seamless maintenance of the corresponding data in the LIMS system.
In this role, you keep track of stock levels, monitor the validity of chemicals, and ensure their proper storage.
In case of supply shortages, coordinate with suppliers and, if necessary, research suitable alternative sources of supply.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing the storage areas and carrying out regular maintenance and inspections.
Your responsibilities also include the proper disposal of chemicals, including the necessary documentation.
In addition, you will support EHS-related activities in the laboratory and contribute your expertise to audits and inspections.
They pass on their knowledge through training courses and conduct training sessions in their field of expertise.
You independently prioritize your tasks and actively participate in the further development of your area of responsibility.
Regular and proactive communication regarding plans, progress, and results is a matter of course for you. You communicate any challenges that arise early and in a solution-oriented manner.

Your qualifications:

For this position, you will have completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician and possess relevant professional experience. Alternatively, you will have a bachelor's degree with relevant practical experience or a master's degree in a related field.
You are proficient in using IT systems and ideally have experience with MS Office, Maximo, Empower or similar applications.
You are familiar with GMP requirements and careful and traceable documentation from your practical experience.
They work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even when dealing with several tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and team spirit will help you to collaborate successfully with different interfaces.
You are characterized by a reliable and precise work ethic as well as a high level of quality awareness.
Good subject-specific English skills round off your profile and enable you to work safely in an international environment.
