Description Viking Aggregates is looking for a Quality Control Lead to oversee testing, inspections and compliance across our aggregate operations. This role ensures our materials meet internal standards, customer requirements, and TXDOT specifications while working closely with plant and QC teams. What You’ll Do Lead and manage QC programs (including TXDOT) Perform and oversee plant and field material testing Review data and reports to ensure quality compliance Inspect materials, equipment, and production processes Work alongside QC inspectors to ensure accurate, timely reporting Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Construction or materials testing experience preferred Ability to obtain DOT material testing certifications Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed Why Viking Aggregates?
