Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in glass industry Strong knowledge of customer complaint resolving process, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience in managing quality processes across production plants and coordinating with cross-functional teams Ability to present complex technical matters in a clear and effective way Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Fluent in Italian Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  Job Description Supporting the Regional Quality Manager in leading and managing quality operations within the assigned product group to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, strategy, and strategic plan Managing quality issues, non-conformities, and returns in coordination with regional execution teams and plant quality engineering departments Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data; providing guidance on quality methods and standards used in plant operations Monitoring product and process quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actions Conducting root cause analyses for quality issues and implementing preventive measures across products, processes, and regions Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements Collaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chain Supporting the development and implementation of quality training programs and best practice sharing across sites
