SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in Quality Control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in building supplier capability and driving accountability.
Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the development and execution of our global quality strategy. In this role, you will drive supplier ownership of quality, ensuring every product meets our brand standards and supports our expansion into new markets.
Partnering closely with Production, you will build supplier strategies, implement calibration frameworks, and establish processes that guarantee consistency across countries and categories. You will oversee supplier performance, deliver training programs, and create reporting tools that provide visibility and accountability across the supply chain.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with hands-on problem solving, build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement in quality management.
