Responsibilities Establish and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans for incoming materials and finished products Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance objectives Lead regular product inspections, measurements, and tests to detect defects and deviations Coordinate corrective actions and root cause analysis when non-conformances occur Develop and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and records Train production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and corrective actions Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product consistency Participate in audits, certification reviews, and compliance activities Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong attention to detail and high standards for product quality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
