Synergie Australia is partnering with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations, drive compliance, and support the development of a high-performing Quality Control function within a regulated TGA GMP setting.

What you will be required to do:

n

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with TGA GMP requirements and driving continuous improvement across analytical and microbiological testing activities. You will play a key role in developing laboratory capability, managing investigations, supporting regulatory inspections and building a strong quality culture.

- Lead day-to-day Quality Control laboratory operations and testing activities.

n

- Manage testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.

n

- Review and approve laboratory data, analytical results and quality documentation.

n

- Support the continued development and qualification of laboratory facilities, systems and processes.

n

- Ensure compliance with TGA GMP, ICH guidelines and data integrity requirements.

n

- Oversee OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA investigations and change control activities.

n

- Develop, verify, validate and transfer analytical test methods.

n

- Manage laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

n

- Develop, implement and maintain QC SOPs and laboratory procedures.
