Description
- Design and implement quality management systems (QMS), policies, and procedures. - Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. - Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Ensure that products and processes comply with all applicable industry and regulatory standards and guidelines. - Ensure QA and QC requirements are captured and documented across Directorate, stakeholder, and end-user boundaries. - Train, coach, and mentor Technicians in QA/QC measures. Develop testing and inspection material, when required. Interact with internal and external customers. - Provide data and reporting of KPI's and trends to program management and COR on a daily, weekly, monthly or as-needed basis. Provide ticket trending analysis and develop strategies for improvement. - Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance. Develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer support in the organization. Advise management on situations that may require additional support or escalation. Review customer satisfaction feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience. BA/BS Degree Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Active Secret Security Clearance SEC+ Certification PMP or Agile or ITIL certification preferred. Domain knowledge of the Recruiting/Accessioning systems and data. Domain knowledge of the Recruiting and Accession processes. Prior experience in Army Recruiting is beneficial.
