A National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) is prefered.

• Manages quality control, explicitly excluding other project operations like testing, inspection, or general project management. The QCM also certifies daily reports.
• Responsible for inspecting projects.
• Responsible for performing required sampling and testing.
• Develops and submits the Quality Control Plan (QCP) , performs process control testing , maintains records and control charts , and submits daily quality control reports.
• Participate in preparatory and start-up meetings to review project requirements and plans.
