Rogers-O'Brien Construction is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team and lead QC/QA programs on mission critical projects. As a Quality Control Manager, you'll oversee quality standards on complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on data centers, MEP systems, and building envelope performance. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on some of Texas' most critical construction projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, including inspection procedures and documentation * Conduct field inspections across all construction scopes and verify material storage and installation * Apply technical expertise in Tier-level data center requirements, redundancy systems, and envelope tightness * Facilitate quality meetings and support project teams in resolving field conflicts * Manage QC documentation in Procore and related systems WHAT YOU NEED * 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, or field engineering roles * Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) * OSHA 30-Hour Certification required * Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite * Experience with mission critical, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred * USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
