Achive and comply with the manufacturing Paint KPIs for Quality (FTC, DVX, SCA, 3MIS) and accomplish with the all paint process indicators on the PTED, Selaer, Sanding Booth, Color booths, Ovens and PQG   Strategic a): Define and complete de quality targets for Score card of each area in paint (Quality, production & mainteinance)   b): Magment of the quality & process system on paint shop   c): Implementation and sustainment of the Stellantis Production System focus in quality   d):       Operational a): Focus the Quality KPI's in the costumer satisfaction achieving the internal and external Quality Indicators   b): Focus on the FTC per each area   c): Managment of the all Quality, QMS & Process audit                                   Resource Management a): Development the all quality supervisors in each area (mixroom, zirconium, foreign material, warranty)   b): Magment of Quality Budget deparment (mixroom, tooling, foreign material)   c):     Qualifications   8 Years of experience Quality Paint   Aknowledge on chemestry science (organic & inorganic) & Green Belt certification Paint Process knowledge according to PSOP (pretreatment, sealer, top coat aplication and miscelanious)   English fluent (Speak and write)
