• Utilize advanced measuring tools and techniques to assess color accuracy, registration, and print quality.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and rectify quality issues in real-time, minimizing waste.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and the importance of adhering to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Review and analyze customer feedback related to print quality to enhance future production processes.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in printing to continuously improve quality control methods.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions to investigate quality failures and implement corrective actions effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience specifically in the printing industry.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma are highly desirable for quality management expertise.
• Proficiency in color management software and printing technologies is essential for precise quality assessments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues swiftly and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
