POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Officer to join our team. The QC Officer will ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards, comply with U.S. regulatory guidelines and maintain the highest levels of safety and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality control within the cosmetics or skincare manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations for cosmetics and ISO standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with QC-related software/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect materials, packaging materials and finished skincare products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspections during production to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Perform product sampling, physical and chemical testing as per approved protocols.
  • Identify, document and report any non-conformities or deviations.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D and procurement teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality control records for audits, certifications and regulatory reviews.
  • Support the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure adherence to FDA cosmetic manufacturing guidelines.
  • Assist in developing and updating QC procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product safety, quality and efficiency.
