At our Clitheroe Twin Brook site, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Operator (Line QA) to play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Operator (Line QA), you will be responsible for:

  • Following all Health & Safety (H&S) protocols and reporting potential hazards.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining product traceability.
  • Monitoring and enforcing food safety standards, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Conducting product quality checks, including pH monitoring, temperature checks, gas analysis, metal detection, and packaging quality assessment.
  • Checking and ensuring compliance with labelling accuracy, date printing, and seal integrity.
  • Reporting non-compliance issues and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
