WWe are looking for individuals who are driven, reliable, flexible across shift patterns and committed to perform a designated role within the production department ensuring they contribute to the efficient, effective, and safe running of their area/line in order to fulfil the needs of the business.
The day in the life of a Quality Control Production operative will include a range of task which may include cleaning down doors, thorough checks of the door and door specification, workmanship checks, ensuring the company products matches the specified quality standard before being sent to the customer. Identifying defects and making minor repair or adjustments. Working with other team members to ensure quality of products. Need to have attention to detail and a strong work and quality ethic.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Have a safety-first mentality and follow health and safety guideline
· A ‘can-do’, flexible attitude
· Willingness to learn new skills and cross train
· Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
· Have attention to detail
· Heavy lifting and moving of stock are an important and necessary requirement of the role.
· Experience in the Window and Door Industry/ Quality Control Role desirable
