Role Overview
The Quality Controller is responsible for frontline inspection and verification of food quality, temperature control, packaging standards, and hygiene compliance during daily operations at FITT Meals. Working closely with the FSQMS team, this role ensures that all products meet internal quality specifications, customer expectations, and food safety standards before dispatch. The QC acts as a critical checkpoint between production and delivery, identifying and escalating deviations in real time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Basic Food Safety Training (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in quality control or food handling preferred
• Ability to read and understand product labels and quality specs
• No formal degree required
• Familiarity with chilled food handling and hygiene practices
