JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our oilfield operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our processes. This position requires a strong background in quality management and control, with a focus on maintaining high standards. The QC Officer will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality assurance measures to enhance product reliability.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in quality management within an oilfield environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including inspection techniques and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and tools used in quality assurance activities.
• Experience working with QA/QC methodologies to improve product quality is highly desirable.

• Conduct regular quality inspections of fabrication and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management practices that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and inspection results.
• Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and assist in developing corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to quality assurance (QA/QC).
