About the role We are currently seeking a full-time, Quality Control position. The purpose of this position is to join our Quality Department, where your primary role will be to perform quality control for our daily manufacturing operations to ensure that the quality of our products consistently meets and exceeds standards. This is a “hands on AND boots on the ground” position. What you'll do Perform and document incoming parts to ensure that customer and/or engineering drawing specs are met Perform in process inspection to engineering drawing and/or customer requirements Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor Effectively interact with personnel from all departments Proficiently communicate in writing with suppliers and customers to ensure appropriate information is being transferred Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications Solid math aptitude Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Work with production to identify and resolve quality issues Other tasks as needed Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and computer skills ASME background 3A background Fast-paced environment. Effective time management required.
