Job Title: Quality Control Regional Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations / Regional Director FLSA
Status: Exempt
Job Purpose: The Quality Control (QC) Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products and services across multiple distribution centers meet internal and external quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer expectations. This leadership role oversees multiple facility QA programs, drives standardization and compliance, and provides strategic direction to local QC teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in all quality operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Quality Assurance operations across multiple warehouse and distribution centers within the region.

  • Ensure that all products meet established standards for quality, safety, labeling, and compliance before being released or shipped.
  • Lead and mentor facility-level QC Managers, Supervisors, and QA staff to maintain alignment with company-wide standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement standardized quality control systems and protocols across regional operations. Coordinate and support audits (internal, client, third-party, and regulatory) and ensure facilities remain audit-ready at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality incidents, customer complaints, product holds, and recalls.
  • Monitor and analyze quality trends, KPIs, corrective actions, and customer feedback across the region and provide actionable reporting to leadership.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
