Position Title: QC (Coffee Specialist)
Location: Dubai
Role Overview
The QC Coffee Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all coffee products meet the company’s quality standards from sourcing to roasting and final packaging. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee quality evaluation, cupping protocols, sensory analysis, and consistency control to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cupping sessions to evaluate roasted coffee for taste, aroma, and quality consistency.
  • Work closely with the Roaster to maintain consistency across roasting profiles.
  • Track and document quality control data (cupping scores, roast curves, defects, etc.).
  • Provide feedback and training to baristas and team members on coffee tasting and quality awareness.
  • Assist in developing and testing new blends and product lines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of all QC and cupping equipment.
  • Responsible for Barista Training

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in coffee quality control, roasting, or sensory evaluation.
  • SCA or equivalent certification in coffee tasting/cupping Plus Point.
  • Hands-on experience in cupping, green grading, and roast analysis.
  • Knowledge of Coffee Machines
  • UAE Driving License (MUST)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
