Description

· Supervise and manage all Quality Control functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day-to-day QC functions. · Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities. · Act as a coordination point for ISO internal and external audits · Plan and undertake Subcontractor audits and reviews of Sub contractor quality control programs. · Supervise Soil investigation and batching plant assessment. · Coordinate with the Clients and subcontractors for carrying out field compaction test on soil, cube tests & slump tests on concrete and the various third-party tests on soil and concrete. · Supervise pre-concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards. · Supervise Inspection of Concreting, Fireproofing and Asphalt paving. · Supervise Inspection of Building works. Lead the land surveyors by carrying out constant checks in levels and coordinates and ensure that they are in accordance with the project specifications. · Bachelor Degree of civil Engineering. · Team leadership. · Holder of IPMA certificate. · Conflict and grievance resolution. · Related Field Experience:3 to 5 years · Preferred Requirements: o ISO Lead Auditor Training. o Any additional qualification to the Engineering degree
