Description

· Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities. · Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements. · Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities. · Prepare Quality Control procedures/work instruction, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/client requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation. · Plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance. · Supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities. · Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document. · Have a proactive approach in problem solving. · Knowledge and experience in all QC related activities in Piping/Pipe line, Equipment, Tanks, Painting, Fireproofing & Insulation. · Verification of Piping and pipeline Test packages. · Conduct all QC related activities in Plumbing, HVAC, static& rotating equipment installation, Firefighting system and Painting (for C&I Project). · To coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports. Read and interpret the various drawings used in the projects for executing the work. · A 4 Years Bachelors of engineering degree in a relevant discipline · Should have experience in Power & Construction Projects. · Data Analysis. · Report writing and business and technical correspondence. · Interpretation of International and National standards/codes used for complying quality requirement. · Good communication skill. · Team building and leadership skill. · Related Field Experience: 3 to 5 years · Overall Experience: 3 to 5 years · Preferred Requirements: o ISO Lead Auditor Training o Conflict and grievance resolution o 2 to 7 Years of work Experience with experience in ISO systems

Responsibilities

Manage daily quality control activities, including raw material inspection and the preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Coordinate with clients and third-party agencies while supervising subcontractor performance and final QC dossiers.
