This is a remote position. Role / Position : Quality Control Specialist, AI Visual Content 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexible during client business hours: Wilmington, DE (Eastern Time) We are a venture-backed AI visual commerce pioneer helping the retail industry transition to personalized, scalable content. Our platform creates lifelike AI-generated models, personalizes visual assets, and tracks content performance for major brands. You will be the crucial final gatekeeper, ensuring the technical excellence and artistic integrity of our core product. What You'll Deliver: (Focus on Ownership & Precision) Own the Quality Bar: Develop and enforce precise QC processes and standards for all AI-generated visual content, ensuring uncompromising standards for accuracy, realism, brand consistency, and aesthetic quality. Process Execution: Conduct deep-dive quality audits and execute robust QA protocols across our AI platform's features, specifically targeting the output of our content personalization engines and visual analytics tracking. Feedback & Collaboration: Collaborate daily with AI Development, Product, and Content teams to provide clear, actionable feedback, integrating quality checks seamlessly into the production workflow. Data Analysis: Analyze QC data to identify systematic content errors and trends, driving data-backed decisions for continuous quality enhancements. Stay Current: Stay current with advancements in visual AI, computer graphics, and quality assurance methodologies to keep our processes sharp. What We're Looking For: (High Bar for Technical Skill) QC Expertise: 3+ years of focused experience in a Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) role, ideally in a technology, AI, or visual content-focused company. Visual QC Required: Strong professional experience with visual content, 3D models, image processing, or computer graphics is mandatory. You must have an exceptional eye for visual discrepancies. Methodology Mastery: Deep, practical understanding of modern QC and QA methodologies (e.g., test planning, root cause analysis, defect tracking) and their application in a fast-paced environment. Tech Affinity: A genuine enthusiasm for AI and machine learning, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable quality standards. Self-Driven: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables independently. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver critical, constructive feedback to technical and creative teams. Leadership is a Plus: While this is a Specialist role, previous experience mentoring staff or leading small QC projects is a definite bonus. Availability: Must be available to work weekend hours (e.g., for release monitoring or high-volume periods).
