The Role We are currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality team at our HQ in Ravarino (MO). In this field-based role, you will ensure that garments meet Stone Island’s quality standards across all production phases, working closely with external manufacturers and internal teams. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and production processes. Frequent travel to supplier sites, both in Italy and abroad, will be required. Your Impact The Day-To-Day Perform on-site quality inspections at external manufacturers on finished and semi-finished garments. Evaluate compliance with technical standards, fitting, and construction requirements, identifying issues and supporting their resolution. Ensure correct interpretation and application of technical sheets and quality guidelines, coordinating directly with suppliers. Monitor production progress and collaborate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and corrective actions. Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation to support quality tracking and continuous improvement. Qualifications Key Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in quality control or technical roles within the apparel industry, preferably on finished garments. Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and industrial production processes. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve product and production issues. Good command of English for supplier communication and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports and conduct structured analysis, and familiarity with digital documentation tools.
