TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
• Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
• Knowledge of insurance restoration processes (supplements, code upgrades, redecking, etc.)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Roofing installation, inspection, or project management experience
• Ability to identify workmanship issues (flashing, exposed nails, shingle alignment)
• Strong documentation skills (photos, reports, checklists via apps like CompanyCam/AccuLynx)
• Excellent communication with crews, homeowners, and adjusters
