Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D when supplier quality or design-related concerns arise. Support responses to customer feedback or field failures through structured documentation. Quality Assurance System Maintenance Monitor adherence to quality standards, policies, and SOPs. Assist in implementing procedural updates aligned with improvement projects, compliance requirements, or new product launches. Participate in or support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and cross-functional quality reviews. Continuous Improvement Identify trends, recurring defects, and systemic improvement opportunities. Recommend process improvements using lean, standard work, mistake-proofing, or statistical monitoring methods. Promote a culture of right-first-time and quality ownership across operations. Experience supervising or coaching others; leadership of a QC or operational team preferred. Working knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and quality documentation.
