JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and regulations. You will work along side our Director of Quality and collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP. Your expertise in quality management systems will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring product excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in QA/QC methodologies and best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a culture of quality awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Trains inspectors on the inspection techniques and standards.
  • Analyzes product spoliations to determine present standards and establish quality and reliability of finished products.
  • Assists Director of Quality in compliance to Company on quality policy and objectives.
  • Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
  • Trains machine operators/production workers “in-process” inspection methods.
  • Recommends disposition of questionable or nonconforming products and materials.
  • Work with suppliers on quality matters, including first piece inspection and acceptance or other quality related issues.
  • Performs activities of workers assigned.
  • Perform other assignments as required.
