Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring product consistency, and maintaining high standards throughout our manufacturing operations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality control technologies Qualifications BS Chemistry or its allied degrees recognized by the Professional Regulations Commission Board of Chemistry, MUST be a Registered Chemist 3 - 5 years work experience as quality control in a manufacturing company (preferably construction chemicals, cement, coatings or paint industry) At least 2 years experience of supervisory or team leadership role Operation of general laboratory equipment, knowledgeable in GLP and ISO standards (IMS) Technical writing aptitude, Root cause analysis, 5S, equipment calibration and verification Proven leadership experience managing quality control teams Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques Experience with quality management software and reporting tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards Quality control certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis Additional Information Responsible for conducting quality testing in all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, outgoing finished goods and packaging.
