WHAT YOU’LL NEED AS A QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR:

· 5+ years in precast concrete QC.
· Certified: ACI Field Level 1 + NPCA PQS Level 1 (required).
· Previous leadership experience highly desired.
· Looking for growth, challenge, and a team that values your expertise.
· MDOT or VDOT experience.

· Manage the entire QC program for precast production.
· Supervise inspections and testing to ensure spec compliance.
· Direct daily concrete batching, mixing, placing, and finishing inspections.
· Lead pre-pour and post-pour inspections.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to resolve quality issues and drive reliability.
