Description
We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to join our Quality Control team. This is an administrative position based at our Corporate Office, supporting licensing, training, and compliance across the company. You’ll play a key part in making sure our technicians are properly licensed, trained, and ready to work—while helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Process new hire licenses and renewals (SPCB & Ag.) * Track licenses (Branch 1, 2, 3, QAL, PCA, RA, etc.) * Maintain accurate licensing records and databases * Monitor expiration dates and notify teams ahead of time * Coordinate and communicate training schedules * Support QC, regulatory, and training documentation * Respond to licensing questions from technicians and managers * Assist with corporate support tasks (calendars, meetings, internal coordination) * Help keep records organized and audit-ready WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong organization and attention to detail * Comfortable with Excel, databases, and office tools * Clear communicator (written and verbal) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Positive attitude and team-first mindset * High level of accuracy and accountability PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * Administrative or office support experience * Experience with licensing, compliance, or records management is a plus * Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools WORK ENVIRONMENT * Corporate office setting * Mix of independent work and team collaboration * Fast-paced with changing priorities WHY JOIN US At Lloyd Pest Control, we’re a family-owned company that values doing the right thing, supporting our team, and creating opportunities for growth.
