Job description

This includes, but may not be limited to:

• QC
• Measuring quality of phone repairs
• Ensure the quality of repair maintains the standards required by the business, not allowing sub-standard to be released
• Phone Clean and Clear
• Ensuring phones are erased to required standard and in accordance with policy before leaving Bridge to customers
• Customer Communications
• Communicate with customers when needed regarding the repair of their products, and providing responses to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback or ensuring feedback is sent where needed during the process to avoid delays. Example might be getting authorization to complete a repair, or reset a phone as part of the repair process

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
