We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our Technical team. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
This role is 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - shift rota 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm

• Perform routine Quality Control checks on products and samples being manufactured
• Maximising productivity from process equipment
• Ensuring specific operating conditions are followed
• Minimising downtime and waste
• Ensuring that the production plan is achieved
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Cleaning down injection moulders and ancillary equipment to the required specification
• Maintaining cleanliness and good housekeeping
• Ensuring QC standards and databases are maintained
• Follow and maintain the QC procedures
• Ensuring packing and labelling requirements are met
• Monitoring, controlling, and recording information on all paper and electronic systems
• Assisting other team members as required
