We offer a fast-paced, rewarding work environment, great benefits, and career development opportunities.  Shift Available: * 2/2/3 - Straight Nights Pay: $24.50 (base pay + shift differential pay) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:  Safety, Respect, Ownership * Perform testing of finished goods per written test method procedures and guidelines. Test methods may include the following: * Rewet                                                                * Absorbent Capacity * Side Seam Bond Strength * Tab Shear and Peel Strength * Elastic Creep and Elongation * Dimensional Measurements * Visual Defects * Immediately report defects to the Production Group Leaders. Technicians will be responsible for reporting to Management any other issue, which could jeopardize customer satisfaction.  * Process final release of product paper work. * Provide assistance and guidance to quarantine any product suspect of being defective. * Enter test data in Quality databases. * Observe Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety procedures.  * Complete special assignments delegated by the Quality Group Leader.  Education and Experience: * High school diploma or GED required Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken * Must be able to read and interpret work documents * Must have the ability to work in teams * Must have the ability to perform basic math * Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes * Must have normal mobility, strength, dexterity, visual, and auditory abilities. Must be able to stand and/or walk for a long period of time. * Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required. * Must be able to work with minimum supervision. * Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Computer and statistical skills as applicable to quality control inspection in the manufacturing field.
