Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and environmental sampling protocols. Spot Trends and Solve Problems   Track analytical data, identify out-of-spec results, and troubleshoot discrepancies using LIMS and Navision systems. Support Cross-Functional Excellence   Train team members, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Production to validate processes and improve testing methods. Keep Quality Front and Center   Ensure documentation aligns with GMP and GLP standards.
