Agropur is looking for a Quality control technician for the Miramichi Plant !

At Agropur, we invest in YOU:

• Wage 26.13$/hSchedule :
• 4:00 a.m -12:00 p.m or 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m

What this role involves:

• Perform laboratory tests on milk products and special projects (micro, chemical and packaging analysis);
• Record and document results from tests;
• Calibrate testing equipment;
• Perform laboratory housekeeping;
• Will be required to work shifts and weekends;
• Monitor and report any deviations with respect to quality.

What you need to join our team:

• Minimum college degree in food technology or equivalent experience;
• Understanding of basic chemistry and lab safety practices;
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and sanitation;
• Ability to complete tasks according to time schedules;
• Must possess good accuracy and organizational skills;
• Must be able to work with limited supervision and be able to work well with others.
