REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior hands-on experience with glass in a manufacturing setting is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience in manufacturing quality control is an asset.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings is beneficial.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid grasp of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Examine glass products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications, maintaining the highest levels of quality in all components.
• Prepare and update quality control logs as needed.
• Support the introduction of new glass products into production.
• Compile and present weekly statistical reports related to QC findings.
• Conduct on-site quality and installation inspections for glass products when required.
• Develop and revise work instructions as necessary.
• Perform occasional lifting as part of job duties.
• Carry out additional tasks to help the department meet its objectives.
