• Conduct routine and non-routine inspections and tests of materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Measure products using tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and other measuring devices.
• Record inspection and test data accurately in accordance with internal procedures.
• Identify non-conforming materials or products and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures and results.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP).
• Calibrate testing instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Communicate findings and status updates to supervisors and other departments as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/QMS software is a plus).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
