Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
  • Maintain strong customer service
  • Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
    Qualifications:

What you will do:

  • Conduct post-installation and post-service inspections for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing jobs
  • Verify compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports to service managers and technicians
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend training or process improvements
  • Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Assist in developing and updating QA checklists and protocols
  • Support warranty validation and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to schedule inspections efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, corrective actions, and technician performance trend
