• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished coating products.
• Conduct laboratory tests including color matching, adhesion, curing, and film thickness.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and results.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and client specifications.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures in the laboratory and production areas
