REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to work in both office and field environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and support workflow enhancements.
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and improvement within an operational setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Customer Experience within service operations.

  • Organizing and lead calibration sessions to align service standards across teams.
  • Supporting internal audits and contributing to quality-related business initiatives.

  • Developing and implementing quality standards, policies, and best practices for service excellence.
  • Delivering training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and customer engagement.
  • Investigating customer feedback, escalations, and service lapses, providing insights for resolution and continuous improvement.
