Description

Key Responsibilities * Ensure all QA procedures and workshop quality standards are consistently followed. * Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to verify repair quality and performance standards. * Ensure all completed work complies with company and manufacturer guidelines. * Support and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers when required. * Maintain and improve the “Fix It Right the First Time” ratio. * Record and maintain accurate data related to inspections, repairs, and job cards. * Monitor daily QA activities and maintain related tracking reports. * Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor or relevant department. * Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas within the workshop. * Assist with calibration and maintenance of workshop equipment. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. * Perform additional workshop-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager. Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. * High Diploma in Mechanics or equivalent qualification. * Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certificate is required. * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. * Fluency in English is required * Strong computer literacy and ability to manage workshop systems and reports. * Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
