QUALITY CONTROLLER ASSISTANT

Admiral Safety Consultants LLC, a leading and EIAC-accredited Third-Party Inspection Company in the UAE with over 9 years of excellence in the industry, is looking for a Quality Controller Assistant to strengthen our Quality Department.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the EIAC accreditation field and third-party inspection industry.
• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020 standards and EIAC audit processes.
• Strong communication skills (English – written & spoken).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be currently based in UAE with transferable visa.

• Assist in maintaining and implementing Quality Management Systems in line with EIAC requirements.
• Support internal audits, document control, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with inspection engineers and ensure proper documentation of third-party inspection activities.
• Assist in preparation, review, and submission of inspection reports, certificates, and records.
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure smooth daily operations within the department.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain records of compliance.
