  • Proven experience in automotive quality control or workshop inspection.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems.
  • UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure QA procedures are followed, and service quality meets all required standards.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests, recording results against performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers by ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain “Fix it Right the First Time” standards.
  • Document and update job cards/repair orders with inspection results.
  • Keep QA performance records updated on a daily basis.
  • Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
  • Assist with workshop equipment calibration/maintenance.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
