Job Description: The role focuses on ensuring the quality of finished products consistently meets both customer expectations and internal standards. It involves verifying the accuracy of completed work, identifying workmanship issues, and documenting any failures clearly and promptly. A key part of the position is providing constructive feedback to technicians to support high‑quality output. You will also coordinate with stakeholders across the business to maintain smooth workflows and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Ultimately, the role safeguards product integrity by confirming that every item is correct, compliant, and ready for delivery to the customer. Core duties: You will ensure the quality of our products meets both our customers’ and our own expectations You will be documenting and reporting any workmanship failures of product You will be providing feedback to shop floor technicians You will be coordinating activities with internal stakeholders You will be contributing proactively to continuous improvement initiatives Essential Skills: You will have experience of scheduling and managing your own workload You will have competent IT skills You will have excellent interpersonal skills You ideally with have experience in an engineering or manufacturing background The Electronic Systems Team: As a member of the team in one of the world's leading defence, security and aerospace companies, you will be part of the development and supply of state-of-the-art products across a diverse range of commercial and military platforms; Head Up and Head Worn Displays, Safety Critical Pilot Control and Flight Control Systems.
