• Daily assessment of the quality compliance of raw materials and semi-finished products used in the production process based on applicable procedures
• Supervision over the quality of the production process and ensuring product quality
• Supervision of control and measurement equipment
• Sampling of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products and finished products for internal and external analysis
• Supervision over compliance with GMP/GHP procedures/rules by production employees
• Raising employees’ awareness of basic hygiene requirements and reporting training needs in accordance with the applicable procedure
• Responsibility for suspending the technological process in case of non-compliance.
• Coordinating and supervising activities to ensuring the coherence of the HACCP/BRCGS system
• Identification of non-conformities, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verification of their effectiveness
• Participation in the complaint process and internal audits
