JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product performance. A strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools is essential for this role.

EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in .NET framework and experience with server-side testing.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing environments is advantageous.
• Familiar with SAP, Word and Excel.
• Experience working with APIs and XML for data exchange validation.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including DevOps practices.
• Understanding of C++ programming language is a plus for effective communication with development teams.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of testing principles.

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for software applications.
• Visual and Physical checks of the quality of incoming deliveries of new parts and maintain record of all issues raised on SAP ERP system.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Participate in release management activities to ensure smooth deployment of software updates.
• Utilise automation tools where applicable to enhance testing efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of test results and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
