REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Must be direct, logical, and persuasive to correct installers and ensure quality work completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Installers to ensure that materials meet required specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
  • Strong follow-up with installers to get the work done as per Quality standards.
  • Review site photos to verify all critical installation points addressed.
  • Strong coordination with Accounts and submission team to ensure right work is submitted by installer.
  • Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
