Join our team as a Quality Controller and play a vital role in ensuring every timber frame component meets the highest standards. In this key position, you’ll inspect materials, monitor processes, and assess finished products to identify any defects or non-conformities. By upholding rigorous quality systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 37301 standards, you’ll drive continuous improvement across production and guarantee that our products consistently meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This is a full time permanent position based at our Monaghan site in Ireland, where you will be reporting into the Head of Compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all required quality checks are being consistently carried out by production and quality staff.
  • Perform periodic spot checks and audits to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of quality control activities.
  • Monitor adherence to quality procedures, standards, and specifications across the manufacturing process.
  • Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Manage and control documentation, ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Identify gaps or weaknesses in quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues or non-conformities.
  • Manage customer complaints by investigating quality-related issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Maintain and review quality documentation, records, and audit findings.
  • Collaborate with production, technical, and management teams to reinforce a culture of quality.
  • Provide oversight and support for internal audits and external certification processes.
  • Work in collaboration with the Training department to deliver training or coaching to staff on quality standards, procedures, and expectations where needed.
  • Conduct monthly reports for Division.
