The Role Manor Farm is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Controller to join our Quality Control team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while contributing to the delivery of safe, high quality products. Night Shift: 12:00am – 8:00am Key Responsibilities Carry out chemical, physical, and microbiological testing, taking appropriate corrective action where required Monitor and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external certifications (e.g. BRC, HACCP) Maintain daily and weekly quality records and verify accuracy Conduct regular hygiene and food safety audits Ensure all products leaving the factory meet food safety and quality requirements Oversee plant and factory hygiene to the highest standards Assist in training operators (e.g. food hygiene training) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes About You Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential. A good standard of English is essential. A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills. Good numeracy, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
