Description

Due to a large expansion and new contract, we are recruiting for a Quality Controller to assist in our Production Team, the role will comprise of the following duties

Duties

  • Conduct quality control inspections on products or materials to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements
  • Identify any deviations or defects, and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-finctional teams to resolve quality issues, reporting issues to the relevant management team
  • Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities and inspections
  • Assist within the production department, including such tasks and packing products once checked, rivetting eyelets into products and other duties that may be required.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed quality manuals, and strict practices and techniques
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Physically fit - this role includes working at floor level (PPE provided) and manoeuvring large cumbersome products

Hours
This is a full time permanent role available to start ASAP, comprised of 42 hours per week, across Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00. There is the availability for overtime.
There will be incentive bonuses available based on work output and quality targets.
Based a short distance from Bradford City Centre, with free onsite parking and close to good public transport routes.
